Midim-1 Hydropower Project

Mount Rasuwa Hydropower Pvt.Ltd.

Midim I Hydropower Project is proposed at Midim Khola (River) in Bhujung and Bhoje VDC of Lamjung district. The project will be a simple run of the river scheme with headworks near Bhujung and powerhouse at Dhakrebas Connected by 7.2 km long waterway. A power purchase agreement has also been signed between Mount Rasuwa Hydropower Pvt. Ltd. and Nepal Electricity Authority.
The installed capacity of the project is 13.424 MW. The generated power will be evacuated by connecting it to the Khudi 220/132 kV Sub-station through a 13.7 Km long (approx.) 220kV/132kV transmission line.
